Shipping Policy

  • We usually process the orders within 24/48 hours of purchase 24/7

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us, courier times may vary 

  • Shipping times may vary due to the availability of goods

  • Orders not dispatched on bank holidays

  • An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order

  • Standard UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class 

  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

  • International shipping costs apply

  • Delivery times may vary internationally, for more information get in touch.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier.

  • If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange/refund being offered. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: Your order can take up to 3 working days to be dispatched, once it has been dispatched, depending on your chosen delivery option, it can take up to 5 working days to be delivered to you in the UK. If it is an International Delivery it can take up to 20 working days to be delivered to you.

Shipping rates

  • Collection is FREE at the Deer Collection Studio, Kettering. For more information drop us an email.

  • Delivery within the UK costs £2.50 via Royal Mail Standard 1-3 workdays delivery.

  • Delivery to the EU (including countries in the European Economic Area) is £3.50.

  • Delivery to the USA-Canada costs £5.

  • If you are out of the areas above feel free to contact us and we can provide you more information delivering items to your country.

  • Jewellery delivery is cheaper and quoted during the checkout. 

Custom-Orders

  • All Custom-Orders must be paid in full to secure your order.

  • The time frames of arrival provided on email are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time!

  • Custom-Orders can be cancelled at anytime for a store credit, exchange or a full refund if emailed before it is dispatched. 

Return Policy

  • 30 days from the date your parcel was dispatched.

  • We only take back unused items in their original condition with the price tags.

  • Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).

  • Sale items can only be exchanged, they are not eligible for a refund.

  • Custom Orders items are not available for Exchange or a Refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage

  • Deer Collection does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to us, before sending the item back

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility

  • No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier

  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges

  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned to exchange within 30days

  • Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange

  • Additional postage & packaging will be charged for exchanges to be sent back out. You will be notified via email on the appropriate payment method.

  • Please be assured that all exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible
